Design hot-aisle/cold-aisle containment or negative-pressure plenum rooms engineered for Korean seasonal humidity. For ultra-dense deployments (>40 kW/rack), integrate single-phase synthetic hydrocarbon immersion tanks with dry-cooler closed loops.

Key Deliverable: Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) airflow simulation, static pressure fan curves, and wet-bulb temperature mitigation matrices.

Phase 3: Life Safety & Codes

Fire Suppression, Acoustic Barriers & Municipal Permitting

Implement clean-agent gaseous fire suppression (Novec 1230 / FM-200) compliant with NFPA 75/76 and Korean National Fire Safety Standards (NFSC). Install acoustic baffle louvers to satisfy municipal noise ordinances in industrial business parks.

Automated Timestamped Ledgers & Tax Audit Preparedness

Integrate hardware hash output telemetry with dual-entry accounting ledgers. Calculate unit power cost per terahash, establish 2-3 year declining balance asset depreciation schedules, and record block rewards with Korean won fair-market-value timestamps.

Train on Real Substation & Immersion Hardware

All 5 stages of our planning methodology are practiced directly in our Gimpo engineering laboratory. Students operate high-voltage disconnects, calibrate CFD airflow meters, and work on liquid immersion test tanks.
