Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Participant," "Client," or "User") and Pulse Bridge Point ("we," "our," or "Company"), located at Yoon Seungmin, 39-6 Geomdan-ro 18beon-gil, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do 10009, Republic of Korea.
1. Scope of Educational & Advisory Services
Pulse Bridge Point provides vocational instruction, laboratory practicums, diagnostic feasibility studies, and professional compliance education relating to proof-of-work computing facilities, electrical infrastructure, and digital asset accounting. All training materials, simulations, and diagnostic recommendations represent professional engineering and accounting instruction designed to assist participants in evaluating real-world facility requirements.
2. Enrollment, Registration & Invoicing
Registration for any vocational course, seminar, or laboratory practicum becomes effective upon receipt of our official written enrollment confirmation and payment of the applicable tuition invoice. All prices are quoted in South Korean Won (KRW) and are subject to value-added tax (VAT) as required by the National Tax Service of the Republic of Korea.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All course syllabi, CFD modeling files, electrical calculation spreadsheets, statutory accounting templates, and instructional slides provided during our programs remain the proprietary intellectual property of Pulse Bridge Point and its respective faculty authors. Enrolled participants receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize these materials for internal operational and educational purposes within their sponsoring organization. Public redistribution, commercial resale, or unauthorized reproduction of course workbooks is strictly prohibited.
4. Laboratory Safety & High-Voltage Protocols
Participants attending on-site workshops at our Gimpo training center must strictly comply with all facility safety guidelines, including the mandatory wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE), adherence to electrostatic discharge (ESD) safety protocols, and obedience to laboratory instructors during live transformer and switchgear demonstrations. Pulse Bridge Point reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any individual whose conduct creates a safety hazard to themselves or others.
5. Professional Scope & Regulatory Compliance
Our instruction is designed to provide comprehensive operational knowledge of South Korean utility rules (KEPCO tariffs), building codes, fire regulations, and digital asset reporting standards under the Virtual Asset User Protection Act. Participants remain solely responsible for securing their own municipal construction permits, utility connection approvals, and formal legal opinions tailored to their specific corporate structures.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable South Korean law, Pulse Bridge Point and its directors, instructors, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the implementation of facility configurations, hardware operational adjustments, or business decisions made following participation in our programs.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, course enrollment, or advisory services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent district court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal office in Gyeonggi-do (Incheon District Court / Bucheon Branch).
