Course Policies & Terms

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pulse Bridge Point ("we," "our," or "Company") is committed to transparent academic and advisory administration. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing course cancellations, participant withdrawals, rescheduling, and refund eligibility for all educational offerings and feasibility audits.

1. Scope of Refund Policy

This policy applies to all vocational training programs, intensive technical workshops, hands-on micro-soldering labs, accounting seminars, and on-site engineering feasibility studies delivered by Pulse Bridge Point.

2. Cancellation & Withdrawal Timelines for Vocational Courses

Course cohorts have strictly capped capacities (e.g., maximum 8 participants for laboratory micro-soldering benches and 16 participants for classroom intensive cohorts). Refund amounts for participant withdrawals depend upon the notice provided prior to the scheduled course start date:

Notice of Withdrawal Refund Percentage Administrative Fee
14 or more calendar days prior to start date 100% full refund None (full tuition refunded)
7 to 13 calendar days prior to start date 75% partial refund 25% retained for seat allocation & course binder preparation
1 to 6 calendar days prior to start date 50% partial refund 50% retained for reserved laboratory bench consumables
On or after official start date / No-Show 0% (non-refundable) 100% retained (participant may request one-time cohort transfer)

3. Course Rescheduling & Substitution Options

We recognize that commercial facility emergencies and scheduled maintenance outages may arise. In lieu of cancellation:

  • Participant Substitution: Sponsoring corporate entities may designate an alternate engineering or accounting staff member to attend in place of the original registrant at no additional charge, provided notice is given at least 2 business days prior to the first session.
  • One-Time Cohort Transfer: A registered participant may transfer their enrollment to a future cohort within twelve (12) months, provided notice is submitted in writing at least 5 business days prior to the start of the original cohort.

4. On-Site Feasibility Audits & Diagnostic Advisory

For commissioned site feasibility assessments and high-voltage grid audits:

  • Pre-Inspection Cancellation: If an audit is cancelled in writing prior to our engineering team's physical site dispatch, any advance retainer is refunded minus a ₩300,000 preliminary document and single-line diagram review fee.
  • Post-Dispatch / Active Work: Once our engineering personnel have conducted on-site physical measurements, thermal imaging, or harmonic spectrum analyses, the base engagement fee is fully earned and non-refundable due to incurred labor, equipment calibration, and travel expenditures.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Expenses

The following items and fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Customized physical course binders and printed engineering schematics once dispatched to the participant's address.
  • Consumable laboratory supplies (e.g., dedicated SMD solder practice boards, flux syringes, and single-use thermal paste kits) utilized during hands-on lab sessions.
  • Third-party municipal filing fees or utility application deposits paid directly to government or grid authorities.

6. Course Postponement or Cancellation by Pulse Bridge Point

In the rare event that Pulse Bridge Point must cancel or reschedule a course cohort due to instructor illness, severe weather emergencies, or power grid disruptions:

  • Participants will be offered immediate priority placement in the next scheduled cohort; or
  • A prompt 100% full refund of all tuition fees paid, without deduction.

7. Refund Request Procedure & Processing Time

To initiate a cancellation or refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a formal written request via email to info@pulse-bridgepoint.click with the subject line Refund Request: [Participant Name / Invoice Number].
