Program Scope & Target Candidates
Intended Audience: Mining repair technicians, field maintenance staff, and workshop operators.
Technical Scope: Hashboard component-level troubleshooting, diagnosing signal lines (CLK, TX, RX, RST, BI), replacing failed LDO regulators, and thermal testing.
Prerequisites: Basic manual dexterity and basic familiarity with circuit components (resistors, capacitors, MOSFETs).

Tracing 0.8V/1.8V domain voltages, diagnosing clock signals, and reading test jig UART terminal outputs.
Session 2: SMD Component Rework & ASIC Chip Replacement
Flux application techniques, hot air nozzle selection, solder paste stencil alignment, and preventing substrate delamination.
Session 3: EEPROM Configuration, Under-Volting & Stress Benchmarking
Flashing factory and custom power curve profiles, tuning watt-per-terahash efficiency, and 24-hour heat chamber stress validation.
